AR Specialist

Job Description

A hiring manager in the West Chester, OH area is looking to bring on an AR Specialist to support project-based operations. This individual will play a key role in managing billing, receivables, and compliance requirements while acting as a primary point of communication for customers and project managers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid Excel skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Skills and Requirements

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; ability to look things up independently)

Self-motivated, takes initiative, and asks questions

Ability to take feedback and own mistakes

Comfortable working fully onsite (M-F 7:30am - 4:30pm while on contract) Typing and data entry experience

Experience with payables subledger and billing

Ability to stay positive under pressure

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Desire to improve internal processes and exceed customer expectations
