A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and evolve its people strategy. This role will oversee core HR functions while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Advise senior leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce initiatives
Oversee HR policies, programs, and best practices
Lead, mentor, and develop an HR team

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Proven experience supporting senior/executive leadership
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
