Business Test Lead

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Sr. Test Lead for one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. This role falls within their IT Service Delivery space where they are currently working on a large Regulatory initiative for the organization. In order for the Test Lead to be successful in this role they must have Business Analyst experience and be comfortable gathering air-tight requirements, excellent communication across any level in an organization and the ability to build out proper test plans. This will be someone who knows how to test software in an Application Development environment. This person will define structure around the testing, help navigate the team on how to test, and execute on the testing. This is a huge opportunity for someone to come in and help mold what the test environment will looking like moving forward and add value from previous experiences to this enterprise organization!

Skills and Requirements

• 7-10+ year of experience with proven ability operating in a Test Lead role

• Previous experience with Business Analysis - gathering requirements, facilitation meetings/conversations, and strong documentation skills

• Software testing done in an Application Development environment

• Experience in coordinating testing in large multi-platform environments involving complex integrations

• Experience in QA process development, structured test planning, and creating detailed test cases

• Experience working within a waterfall environment

-Strong JIRA experience (setup & execution)

-Experience in large enterprise environments

-Experience running meetings as the primary facilitator and reporting to leadership

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others across the organization - Knowledge or experience with Rationale

• Specific SAP testing
