Property Manager for Non-Profit Housing Program

Job Description

Position Overview Seeking a compassionate, organized Property Manager to oversee affordable housing units and support tenant stability in collaboration with leadership and case management staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, inspections, maintenance, and unit turnover

Serve as tenant contact; support stable living environments

Assist with leases, renewals, and documentation

Maintain records, collect rent, monitor occupancy

Coordinate with staff, vendors, and community partners

Qualifications

Property management or related experience preferred

Knowledge of housing/homeless services a plus

Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Professional, compassionate approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation & Schedule $23.00/hour + mileage | 30 hrs/week (potential 40) | 8:00–2:00 or 9:00–3:00
