What You'll Do
Lead and mentor Senior Managers and project teams handling major class action and mass tort programs
Oversee end-to-end case delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction
Manage client relationships, define project scope, and resolve escalations
Develop and implement operational standards and best practices
Oversee budgets, staffing, and execution across multiple programs
Identify new process improvements, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives

What You'll Bring
7+ years in claims administration, financial services, or client account management
Proven experience managing large projects and teams
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Advanced Excel and data management proficiency
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Bachelor's degree required; JD, PMP, or paralegal experience preferred
