We’re a fast-growing mortgage company looking for driven Loan Officers ready to build pipeline, close deals, and grow their income in a high-performance environment.

Compensation

• Base + commission structure (floor or bps)
• Volume bonus: $1,000–$4,000 (1–4M funded)
• Additional lead sources available based on production

What You’ll Do

• Originate and close mortgage loans
• Guide clients from application to closing
• Analyze credit and structure loan scenarios
• Collaborate with processors
