Medway Community Farm is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Lead Counselor to help run our Fun on the Farm summer program. At Fun on the Farm, we combine outdoor education, arts and crafts, games, and practical gardening experience to provide kids with a fun, active and engaging summer of learning from the land. The summer program serves youth ages 6-13 and is held Monday-Thursday from June 29-August 27.
The Lead Counselor will be responsible for running daily program activities, ensuring that every day of the program is exciting, safe, and organized. This position is part-time (Mon-Thurs, about 32 hours per week) and seasonal, beginning the week of June 22 with a staff training and concluding on the last day of the program, August 27 (1-3 extra hours per week are available but not required).
