Clinical Social Worker (MSW) - Private Practice Supervision Opportunity

About This Opportunity

Are you an MSW working toward your LCSW? Join a private practice that offers meaningful clinical supervision while you build the skills to eventually run your own practice. This position provides structured support, clinical mentorship, and training.

Position Details

• Location: Fully Remote in Colorado
• Schedule: Flexible - create your own schedule
• Caseload: Starting at 5 and working up to 20-35 clients seen per week
• Supervision: Regular clinical supervision provided toward LCSW licensure hours

Compensation

• $50 per standard session (50-60 minutes)
• $55 for initial assessments
• Additional compensation for complex billing codes as clinical skills develop

Your Role

• Provide quality therapeutic services to assigned clients
• Participate in regular clinical supervision
• Complete required documentation and treatment planning
• Maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active Colorado social work license or eligibility
• Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
• Interest in developing private practice skills
• Strong clinical documentation abilities
