The Global Access & Value organization is seeking a technically proficient Research Associate to join the Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Value & Evidence team. This role is instrumental in the execution of evidence-generation strategies for a high-impact Thoracic and Precision Medicine Oncology portfolio. By synthesizing complex datasets into actionable value narratives, the successful candidate will play a vital role in demonstrating the clinical and economic utility of novel therapeutic modalities to global stakeholders.

responsibilities:
- HEOR & RWD Studies: Plan and manage real-world data studies using claims databases, EMRs, and observational methods (e.g., chart reviews).
- Evidence Synthesis: Conduct literature reviews and synthesize data to support product value.
- Economic Modeling: Support cost-effectiveness analyses and economic model development.
- Clinical Trial Support: Assist in developing patient-reported outcomes (PRO) strategies.
- Project Management: Oversee vendors, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Reporting & Admin: Create technical reports/presentations (Excel/PowerPoint) and maintain internal SharePoint portals.
qualifications:
Required
- Education: Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., HEOR, Public Health, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or Health Economics).
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, large budgets, and shifting priorities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience.
