Experienced Production Lead, plays a pivotal role in our circuit board manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, you will serve as a working leader on the floor, essential for ensuring the smooth execution of daily production activities, maintaining optimal workflow, and supporting our production operators. This role is key to upholding our standards for safety, quality, and output, and ensuring all established processes are diligently followed.

Experienced Production Team Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Actively support and oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency and maintain consistent workflow
• Provide direct support, guidance, and training to production operators
• Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and targets are met
• Contribute to achieving safety, quality, and output goals
• Serve as the primary on-floor leader, identifying and communicating production issues to the Production Supervisor

Experienced Production Team Lead Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics or circuit board production)
• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly processes
• Previous leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, or similar role) 1 year min.
• Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset
• Updated Resume with qualifications
• In person interview
