What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, test, and repair PLC-based control systems
• Perform instrumentation calibration (flow, pressure, level, temperature, transmitters)
• Install, modify, and service VFDs and motor control systems
• Execute control panel modifications and system upgrades
• Support commissioning and startup of automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms
• Work directly with customers in the field, ensuring high-quality service and communication

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with:
  • PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
  • HMI systems (FactoryTalk or similar)
  • VFD installation and maintenance
  • Industrial instrumentation and calibration
  • Process-related controls
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Comfortable with ~30% travel
