Project Site Administrator

Job Description

A leading Utility Orginization is looking for a seasoned Project Site Administrator to act as the backbone of their onsite construction team. This isn't a traditional corporate desk job—you will be embedded directly in the construction trailer, providing critical support to a high-energy project team. Your goal is to own the administrative details so the technical team can focus on building the future of energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Support: Manage the daily operations of the construction trailer, including general upkeep, stocking office/breakroom supplies, and coordinating PPE.

  • Logistics & Deliveries: Act as the primary point of contact for material deliveries and vendor arrivals (catering, supplies, etc.).

  • Meeting & Schedule Management: Organize site meetings, manage calendars, and handle logistics for team gatherings.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous project documentation, filing systems, and data entry using Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

  • Anticipatory Service: Identify bottlenecks before they happen—whether it's an empty supply cabinet or an unorganized schedule—and take initiative to solve them.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: 5–7 years of administrative experience.

  • Industry Context: Previous experience supporting construction crews or industrial "blue-collar" environments is highly preferred over strictly corporate backgrounds.

  • Software: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience with SAP is a significant plus.

  • Soft Skills: A "servant-leader" mindset with high-level problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working in a construction trailer environment. Closed-toed shoes are required at all times.

Why Join This Team? "You aren't just an admin; you are a vital member of a tight-knit project family. The team is currently overloaded and will see you as a 'hero' for bringing order to the site. If you enjoy seeing the tangible progress of a large-scale project and prefer the authentic atmosphere of a field site, this is the perfect fit."
