Job Description

Parts Inventory Planner – The Parts Inventory Planner is responsible for the accurate planning, scheduling, and expediting of service parts to satisfy current customer demand, along with anticipated demand, by utilizing and maintaining electronic tools in addition to product/process knowledge. Responsibilities include ensuring product inventory is appropriate for all distribution channels, reviewing all system reports to determine appropriate action, initiating parts expediting activities, and determining inventory updates based on ECNs. A high school diploma or GED and experience working in an inventory control environment is required. Knowledge of and experience in the areas of customer service, inventory, and logistics is required and experience with ERP/MRP is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet, and e-mail is required.
