What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality, play-based treatment in home and community settings
• Deliver care in accordance with established plans of care
• Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation (daily notes, progress updates, and related forms)
• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with the supervising PT and care team to support each child’s progress
