Contract to Hire, Full-time, fully on-site, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday,

· $17.00/hour starting pay (during a 90-day training period)

· Increasing to $18.42/hour upon conversion to direct hire (after 90-days based on performance).

· Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and holiday pay.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants
• Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
• Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
• Track workshop attendance
• Create monthly workshop calendar
• Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed
• Recommend workshop content, including improvements
• Participate in workshop content development as needed
• Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
• Facilitate assigned staff training
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
• Previous experience presenting through PowerPoint
• Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $18.42 per hour
