Job Description

Dealer Development Specialist – The Dealer Development Specialist supports the growth of the Kuhn North America dealer network by managing CRM tools, merchandise programs, signage programs, and customer feedback. This role develops resources for distribution partners, ensures customer and machine data accuracy, and collaborates across teams to enhance both dealer and customer experiences. Responsibilities include coordination of CRM activities and campaigns, coordination of customer survey initiatives, management of the Company merchandise eStore and marketing image creation, and management of the dealer event kit and signage programs. A bachelor’s or associate degree in agri-business, marketing, communications or administration, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and survey platforms, and experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is preferred. Knowledge of the agricultural industry is a plus.
