Job DescriptionPrimary DutiesStudent Recruitment and Enrollment
Management- Manages the Extended Studies (ES) student enrollment funnel across all programs and modalities. Recruits prospective
students through targeted outreach and recruitment activities aligned with institutional enrollment goals. Monitors inquiries and applicant
activity to ensure timely progression through the enrollment process, maximize yield, and proactively identify barriers impacting student
enrollment.
- Provides accurate and timely information on admission requirements, academic programs, student services, scholarships,
and financial aid. Establishes a personalized connection with prospective students through individualized outreach and consistent follow-up
to support informed decision-making and successful enrollment. Directs the efforts of work study students when applicable to expand
enrollment capacity and new student support.
Data Analysis, Reporting, and Enrollment Metrics- Utilizes enrollment
data, Slate system, and institutional reports to track inquiry, application, admission, and enrollment trends across all Extended Studies
programs and modalities.
- Analyzes key performance metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify patterns impacting student
enrollment, and support data-informed decision-making. Prepares and shares enrollment insights with ES leadership to inform recruitment
strategies, marketing efforts, and enrollment forecasting.
Process Improvement and Cross-Functional
Collaboration- Continuously evaluates enrollment processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved student
experience, and stronger enrollment outcomes. Collaborates with internal partners, including marketing, advising, admissions, and financial
aid to streamline workflows and resolve enrollment barriers.
- Recommends and implements process improvements that support timely
communication, consistent service delivery, and successful student progression from inquiry through enrollment. Responsible for development
and oversight of orientation for ES student populations to ensure students have appropriate onboarding and orientation resources to ensure
success at CSU Pueblo.
Ancillary DutiesOther duties as assigned - Participates in Division and
University affairs at Pueblo, satellite, or system locations to support the university's mission and vision.
Minimum
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Ability to work independently
and self-motivate.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience working with diverse
populations.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in
communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong communication skills verbally, written,
and in presentation settings.
- Experience in college admissions, visitors center, sales or comparable positions.
- Experience
with data analysis.
