responsibilities:
Specialized Scope Management: Direct all phases of self-perform concrete work, including structural foundations, intricate formwork systems, rebar coordination, and high-spec finishing.

Strategic Planning & Buyout: Lead concrete-specific estimating and project buyout while developing precise schedule baselines and labor forecasts using Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Field & Crew Leadership: Provide high-level mentorship to self-perform crews and field supervision, ensuring mix designs and placement techniques meet rigorous quality standards.

Financial & Document Control: Oversee project-wide finances, including labor productivity tracking and budget forecasting, while managing RFI and submittal logs via Procore or Sage 300.

Safety Advocacy: Champion a "people-first" safety culture on-site, enforcing strict ISO procedures and corporate safety manuals to protect our most valuable assets.

Core Competencies

Experience Levels:

  • PM I: 8+ years in self-perform concrete/foundation work.

  • PM II: 9-12 years in self-perform concrete/foundation work.

  • Senior PM: 12+ years of heavy-industrial concrete leadership.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of concrete materials, rebar detailing, and placement techniques.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Software Savvy: Proficiency in Sage 300, Procore, or Tekla is a significant plus.

Delivery Expertise: Experience in Design/Build and General Contracting formats.
