Mortgage Document Release Specialist

The Mortgage Vault Document Operations Specialist is a long-term contract. You may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent placement!  If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy reading and reviewing documents, love seeing a mound of work and the dent that you personally put into it by using your administrative skills, and moving around during your work day, we want to talk to YOU!

salary: $17.9 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage Mortgage Backed Security Documents being released from the company
• Follow the investor instructions ensuring the attention of every minute detail
• Document activity correctly in the computer system
• Prepare files to be shipped to multiple sources
• Organize files in box for shipment
• Weigh box and prepare labels
• Move boxes and files from the vault to your desk and then again to the shipping area
