Temporary Office Coordinator (60–90 Days) – Immediate Hiring
Location: Angola, IN
Compensation: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10am–2pm (Part-time)

Children’s Autism Center (CAC) is hiring a temporary Office Coordinator for a 60–90 day assignment with quick hiring and immediate start. If you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy helping families and teams stay on track, this is a great short-term opportunity to make an impact.

About the Role

As the heartbeat of our clinic, the Office Coordinator ensures each day runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the first friendly face families see when they walk through our doors and the go-to person for staff when they need a helping hand. From greeting families and managing check-in, to keeping the clinic stocked and organized, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, making sure our team can focus on what matters most, helping children grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide excellent customer service for families, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
  • Support staff by maintaining supplies, organizing workspaces, and helping sessions start on time.
  • Route intake paperwork into our EMR system and assist with family communications.
  • Help ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and welcoming every day.
  • Model positivity, discretion, and professionalism, helping foster the supportive, uplifting culture that makes CAC special.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with computers and basic data entry (experience with EMR systems a plus!).
