Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Assistant to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a patient-focused environment and possesses strong front and back office experience, including phlebotomy and direct patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily front and back office operations
• Greet, check-in, and room patients efficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls
• Accurately obtain and record vital signs
• Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture)
• Administer vaccines as required
• Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
• Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
• Occupational Health experience preferred
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and EMR systems required
• BLS or CPR certification required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
