What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed monthly sales goals for new and pre-owned motorcycles.
  • Drive profitable sales through strong closing skills, four-square negotiations, and premium customer service.
  • Providing training, performance feedback, and goal setting with sales associates.
  • Work every deal to completion while maintaining high standards for gross profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Help recruit, hire, train, and develop top-performing sales talent.
  • Manage sales floor operations, inventory, leads, and CRM follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to create a fun, upbeat, and results-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in powersports, automotive, motorcycle, or high-volume retail sales (Harley-Davidson or motorcycle dealership experience is a big plus).
  • At least 1–2 years of sales leadership or management experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and the riding lifestyle.
  • Strong closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays (when the dealership is open).
  • Clean driving record and the ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement (if not already held).
