Job Summary

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Infrastructure Design Coordinator to support space planning and infrastructure design initiatives at our Harrisburg office. This role involves developing and modifying floorplans for A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, and network infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient space utilization and design execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings, along with experience using design tools such as Bluebeam Revu.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify floorplans to support A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, and network drops
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, ensuring alignment with infrastructure requirements
• Identify design challenges and recommend solutions within space optimization and utilization initiatives (SOUP projects)
• Participate in space planning and design meetings with internal stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between Workplace Solutions and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Work closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams
• Utilize Bluebeam Revu and related tools for design, markup, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in infrastructure design, space planning, or related field
• Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings
• Proven ability to design and modify floorplans for telecom, A/V, IoT, and network infrastructure
• Experience identifying issues and providing solutions within space planning or design projects
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu or similar design/documentation tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with real estate, capital projects, or facilities teams
• Exposure to collaboration with contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with enterprise-level telecom and network environments
