Insurance Sales Consultant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions while building a strong book of business.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on new sales leads
• Conduct needs-based consultations with clients
• Recommend and sell insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and policy information

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Ability to obtain or currently hold a Oklahoma insurance license (required)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay + uncapped commission

Pay: $24,000 Base + Commission

Schedule: Monday–Friday [flexible hours available]
