Job Title: Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to support front-office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in the dental or healthcare field.
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in accordance with established protocols
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Follow up on missed or canceled appointments
- Maintain and update the appointment calendar
- Register patients and manage check-in processes
- Accurately post charges and process payments
- Check and respond to voicemails on a daily basis
- Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist patients with treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management as needed
- Minimum 6 months of experience using Denticon in a dental setting
- Experience handling high-volume phone communications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office environment
- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
- High school diploma or GED required
