Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our facility runs smoothly every day. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician I to join our Oklahoma City team.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the general upkeep, cleanliness, and minor maintenance of the facility. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized environment and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facility floors on a daily basis
• Sanitize and maintain restrooms to ensure cleanliness standards
• Empty trash and waste receptacles throughout the building
• Vacuum, sweep, and dust office areas
• Maintain outdoor grounds and remove litter
• Assist with moving equipment and office furniture as needed
• Support snow and ice removal when required
• Complete assigned checklists and documentation accurately
• Monitor pest control devices and report concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Adapt to changing work assignments, schedules, and operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and manual tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes)

Work Environment

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors. Employees may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts and varying weather conditions. Safety is a top priority, and proper protective equipment is required at all times.
