FT. Benefits. $39.95/Hour.

Work in architectural design development, architectural drafting and detailing on a wide variety of large-scale public projects, building envelope exterior and interior detailing, urban design projects, commercial, municipal, public and private projects including lab/medical sciences, higher education, municipal, cultural, housing and more.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor of Architecture degree.

-3 years of architectural experience. -Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Procore, and Lumion. -Healthcare design experience. -Experience with large scale municipal, public, healthcare, government, and mixed-use projects. -Experience in construction document preparation. -Experience surveying as-built information utilizing surveying equipment. -Knowledge of building materials, specifications, construction techniques. -Sufficient knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate with their work. -Experience with BIM coordination and implementation. -Experience teaching Revit. -Experience as design presenter, client facing. -Legally authorized to work in the United States.

-Architecture License NOT required. This is a pre-licensure / continuation of architecture path to licensure position.
