The Opportunity
- Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually + annual bonus potential
- Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
What You’ll Do As a key driver of our production success, you will:
- Master the Schedule: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
- Drive ERP Excellence: Perform transactions within QAD and play a pivotal role in our upcoming migration to SAP.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and material readiness.
- Problem Solve: Identify delays or discrepancies, find the root cause, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage Change: Review engineering changes (ECFs) and adjust plans to keep production moving smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or operations planning (high-mix manufacturing preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- Technical Chops: Excel skills and ERP experience (QAD or similar). Experience with SAP transitions is a major plus!
- Mindset: A strategic thinker with high initiative who acts as an agent for change.
- Certification: APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
