JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lew Group Inc dba Lure is looking to fill 6 positions

for Restaurant Support Staff in Sister Bay, WI. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position for employment from April 1, 2026-December 31, 2026. Duties include: Food preparation tasks include: Help prep food orders. Wash, peel, chop, and dice vegetables. Assist cooks to assemble plates and add garnishes as directed. Wipe down all flat surfaces and sinks; wash pots and pans after use. All food preparation will take place in the kitchen and at server prep stations in the dining room. Server duties include: Answer questions regarding menu, take and serve orders, data entry into restaurant software, fill glasses of water, coffee, wine and similar beverages. Wipe down and clean tables and serving stations in the dining room. Handle cash, check and credit card transactions solely taking place at the customer\'s table. Assist at the Host stand, walk guests to tables. Answer the phone, take down reservation information. There are no minimum requirements. On the job training will be provided by the employer. Terms & Conditions of Employment: \$15.12/hr, at least 35 hrs/week. Sunday through Saturday, 2:00 pm 10:00 pm. Daily schedule may vary. Overtime pay is \$22.68/hr. Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of employment. Daily transportation to the place of employment will be provided. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide pay for the worker\'s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except there the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$16.28 per day without receipts, or \$68/day with documentation of actual expenses. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment. Tools, equipment and supplies: The Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due: The pay period is every two weeks; The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any reductions which are not required by law; The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Workers will be provided with housing at a rate of \$58 per week, the applicable amount will be deducted from the worker\'s paycheck.
