Job Title: Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting insurance and protection products, and ensuring a smooth and compliant vehicle purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to arrange financing and leasing options
• Submit credit applications and collaborate with banks and lenders
• Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
• Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure all contracts and paperwork comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Partner with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Finance Manager preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending practices, and compliance
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS)
• Familiarity with compliance regulations (FTC, Truth in Lending, etc.)
• Experience with subprime and prime lending

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure
