Prep Cooks - No Nights or Weekends!
Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
We're hiring Prep Cooks for a great local client in Bangor! If you have experience in a high-volume kitchen and want a steady weekday schedule, this is an excellent opportunity. These positions pay $17 per hour and are temp-to-hire .

Typical daily duties:
Work with stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, slicers, blenders, and grinders
Prepare a wide variety of meals on time and to specifications
Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety protocols
Rotate, store, and inventory products to ensure quality and safety
Clean and maintain kitchen and equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food handling, preparation, and cooking methods in a high-volume kitchen
Familiarity with food safety protocols
Excellent reading, comprehension, and math skills
