Summary of Position
This full-time position will oversee all aspects of the enrollment and management of concurrently enrolled students,
working collaboratively with partner schools and RRCC staff to ensure the completion and coordination of all application and registration
processes. Inform students about college pathway options, working with parents to answer questions and aid at RRCC for transitioning
students.
The Concurrent Enrollment Navigator supports the enrollment, registration, matriculation, and ongoing success of
concurrently enrolled students attending RRCC or participating at high school partner sites. This position works collaboratively with school
district partners, students, families, and RRCC staff to coordinate application and registration processes; track student progression with a
high level of accuracy using multiple spreadsheets and tracking systems; and provide advising and navigation support to help students
identify a guided pathway and connect with campus resources.
This position also supports outreach and matriculation efforts by
preparing and delivering presentations and application workshops for students and parents regarding concurrent enrollment opportunities,
admissions, registration steps, and pathways to continued enrollment at RRCC after high school graduation. The role represents RRCC at
orientations, open houses, and high school events, and helps students and families navigate college options and transition services. In
addition, the position develops and maintains strong relationships with secondary school partners, provides clear and responsive customer
service, supports retention initiatives in collaboration with Admissions, Outreach, and Advising, and assists with concurrent enrollment
operations including monitoring College Opportunity Fund (COF) errors, data reporting, marketing materials, and high-volume data entry and
processing. The incumbent must stay current on concurrent enrollment legislation, CCCS system policies, and related professional
development. This position may be required to work from any RRCC campus or partner location, and evening and weekend work may be required.
Travel to high school and event locations using a personal vehicle is required. Work is generally performed in a standard office
environment. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. May require hours outside of regular office hours. May require work at both
campuses. May require travel between campuses. Alternate work arrangement options available. Occasional evening schedules will be
required.
Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills &

- Working knowledge of

- Experience with community college
- Detailed, organized and able to work with evolving and complex
systems
- Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information to groups
- Ability to create
and keep deadlines
- Ability to plan and prioritize goals
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively in verbal and
written formats to a wide variety of audiences.
- Evidence in working with an educational program that serves diverse,
first-generation and /or underserved populations.
Required Qualifications - Education (please include

- Bachelors Degree OR equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. A degree may be
required (no equivalency) when applicable to relevant experience).
- Colorado driver's license

- Experience in secondary or higher education setting

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a community college and/or high school setting.
Academic Advising Experience, Concurrent Enrollment/ Experience; demonstrated evidence in working with an educational program that serves
diverse, first-generation and /or underserved populations. Working knowledge of Banner and student management systems (Navigate, student
portal).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Occasional evening schedules will be required.

Demands The following are some of the physical and cognitive demands commonly associated with this
position.
- Occasionally moves, positions, and transports files and office materials weighing up to 10 lbs.
- This is largely a
sedentary role. This position operates in an office environment and constantly uses a computer, and routinely uses standard office equipment
including phones, copiers, etc.
- The person in this position constantly communicates with internal and external constituents and
students. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Cognitive demands include comparing, copying,
computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, synthesizing, negotiating, communicating, instructing, and interpersonal
skills.

Starting Salary
Starting salary range for this position is $54,113- $59,524 annually, commensurate with education and experience. This is
a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. This position has been exempted from the State Classified System.
