About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our growing, family-focused chiropractic office. You’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping our office run smoothly.

Training is provided—no chiropractic experience required!

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
  • Starting Pay: $19–$21/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience with every interaction
  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments in alignment with doctors’ care plans
  • Maintain smooth patient flow by coordinating rooming and transitions
  • Support community outreach and marketing events (some evenings/weekends)
  • Complete administrative and clerical tasks efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks
  • Educate and promote healthy lifestyle habits and chiropractic care (training provided)
