Berkeley Carroll’s Upper School seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant beginning June 1, 2026 to support the daily operations of the Upper School office. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the division by providing organizational, logistical, and administrative support to the Upper School Director, Office Manager, faculty, students, and families.
School Year Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:30-11:30AM and Tuesdays from 8:00AM-5PM
Summer Hours: Up to 25 hours a week, and the days/times vary
