We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Early Intervention team, supporting infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays or medical conditions that may impact development. In this role, you will partner with families, helping them build skills and confidence to support their child’s growth in everyday routines and environments.

Partnering with families to support healthy growth and developmental milestones for infants and toddlers
Teaching and modeling developmentally appropriate activities that support goals identified in the child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
Planning and delivering family-centered early intervention services for your assigned caseload
Maintaining accurate documentation and confidential client records
Participating in evaluations, intakes, and IFSP development and review
Coordinating services with internal teams, outside providers, and community partners
Supporting children and families during transitions out of Early Intervention services
Collaborating in team meetings, supervision, and interdisciplinary care planning
Meeting established productivity standards for direct services
Participating in ongoing professional development and training
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
Current COTA licensure
Experience working with young children, preferably children with special needs
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to work collaboratively with families and professionals from diverse backgrounds
