Pay Rate: $22.36 per hour + $2 shift differential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-5:00am

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire

We're hiring Sawmill Operators for our client in Ashland! This well-established operation offers active, rewarding work with opportunities for advancement. These positions pay $22.36 per hour + $2 shift differential and are temp-to-hire .

Typical daily duties:

• Operating sawmill equipment

• Handling and stacking lumber

• Cleaning, painting, and supporting mill operations

What we're looking for:

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Willingness to learn - all experience levels welcome, machine operator experience preferred
