Higher Rhode Wellness is looking for one exceptional full-time therapist to join our growing team. If you’re a passionate mental health professional ready to do your best work in an environment that values and supports you, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re especially interested in clinicians specializing in children, adolescent and young adult therapy, but we welcome applications from therapists of all specialties. This full-time position offers a hybrid model (telehealth, in-person, or both) so you can create the schedule that works best for you.

What We Offer:

• Hybrid Flexibility: Choose in-person, telehealth, or a blend
• Competitive Pay: $75,000–$93,000 per year
• Paid Time Off & Holidays: 3 paid holidays annually
• Administrative Support: Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and EHR handled for you
• Full Caseload Provided: Once credentialed and built

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Document and track clinical progress in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Collaborate with peers and community providers as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Rhode Island (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD required)
• Master’s-level candidates considered with supervision
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in clinical practice with strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered care
