Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician is skilled in landscaping and will aid in the weekly maintenance of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Technician is responsible for safely and efficiently providing an exceptional landscaping service that exceeds customers’ expectations every step of the way.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working with the maintenance foreman and team members to assist with completion of landscape projects beginning to end
• Communicate with foreman daily any concerns/problems that arise in the field
• Quality control on all work completed
• CARE & pride in work!

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, especially listening skills
• Embraces teamwork: work cooperatively and effectively with others to complete goals in an efficient manner
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in driving trucks and towing trailers / heavy machinery
• Knowledge in operating various landscaping tools/equipment (lawn mowers, blowers, weed whackers, etc.)
• Dedication, positive attitude, & strong work ethic!
