About the Job

Stumpf’s Lawn Care is a locally owned lawn and landscape company serving the Lancaster area. We’re looking for a dependable Mowing / Landscaping / Fertilization Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in the lawn care and landscaping field.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
• Perform weekly lawn mowing, edging, and cleanup services
• Safely apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf management products (training provided if needed)
• Assist with landscaping projects including mulching, trimming, planting, and seasonal cleanups
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
• Deliver excellent service and represent the company professionally with customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (required)
• Prior landscaping, mowing, or fertilization experience preferred (will train the right person)
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• PA Pesticide Certification a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season)
• Consistent hours with steady work throughout the season
