A Rare Opportunity to Build Something Meaningful

At Innovative Oral Surgery & Dental Implants, we are not simply adding a position — we are building a dedicated Oral Medicine program within a thriving, multi-site surgical practice.

We are seeking an Oral Medicine specialist who wants more than a traditional role — someone who wants to shape, lead, and grow a specialty service supported by a strong referral base, modern infrastructure, and a collaborative surgical team.

This is a unique opportunity to practice at the center of a high-demand clinical need, with the autonomy and support to build something exceptional.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Immediate and growing demand for Oral Medicine services across a large referral network
  • Established relationships with general dentists, specialists, and physicians throughout the region
  • Opportunity to build and lead an Oral Medicine program within a respected surgical practice
  • Collaboration with a team of oral and maxillofacial surgeons performing advanced surgical care
  • Modern, fully equipped facilities with CBCT imaging, digital workflow, and surgical suites
  • Strong administrative and clinical support team
  • Access to a large and diverse patient population for potential research and clinical collaboration

What You’ll Walk Into

  • A high-volume, multi-location specialty practice with an established reputation for clinical excellence
  • A built-in referral pipeline from both internal surgical providers and an extensive external network
  • A part-time start with a clear path to full-time as the program grows
  • A leadership team that values autonomy, growth, and long-term development
  • The opportunity to define your role and build a community-based Oral Medicine practice from the ground up

Clinical Scope

You will evaluate and manage a wide range of complex conditions, including:

  • Oral mucosal disease and potentially malignant disorders
  • Diagnostic evaluation of oral lesions
  • Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and orofacial pain
  • Salivary gland disorders and xerostomia
  • Oral manifestations of systemic disease
  • Medically complex patients requiring coordinated care

  • Part-Time → Full-Time growth opportunity
  • Multi-site practice across Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties
  • Fee-for-service environment with strong patient demand
  • Competitive salary with long-term growth opportunity
  • Opportunity for clinical research and interdisciplinary collaboration

Ideal Candidate

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral Medicine residency
  • Passion for complex diagnosis, interdisciplinary care, and patient education
  • Interest in building and growing a specialty program within a private practice setting
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
