Seasonal Housekeeping Manager

Maine Street Property Management is hiring a hands-on Seasonal Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning team and oversee turnovers for luxury vacation homes.

This is a leadership role for someone who moves quickly, maintains high standards, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest-ready homes.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff
• Oversee all property cleanings and turnovers
• Inspect homes to ensure quality standards
• Manage schedules, linens, and supplies
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors
• Respond to urgent guest/property needs

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality
• Leadership or hiring experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Must be available to work weekends
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Details

• $32/hour
• 40 hours per week
• Seasonal position (no benefits)
