Job Title: Finance Representative (Entry Level Part Time)

About the role: Are you looking for a fresh start or a way to build a professional career from home? We are a finance services business, which includes investments, life insurance, Client Solution Services, i.e. Legal, IdTheft, Auto, Home Security and more. Seeking motivated, problem solving individuals with people skills to join our team. If you are willing to learn and have a genuine desire to help others, we will provide training and tools you need to suceed. Experience not neccesary.

What You'll Will Do:

• Learn and grow; engage in consistent mentorship to learn the fundamentals of our business and industry

• Community outreach; connect with potential clients and community members to share our services

• Administrative support; assist with basic business tasks and follow up

• Collaboration; participate in regular meetings to track progress and refine your skills

Requirements:

• Coachable: you take direction well and are eager to improve

• Good intentions: you are honest, dependable, and genuinely care about the people you serve

*Initative-taker: you can work independently from a home based enviroment

• Communication: you have a friendly phone manner and are comfortable sending emails

• Tech-ready: access to a computer and reliable internet

• No felonies, at least 18 years old

• We are nondiscriminatory & veterans are welcome

Position Details:

• Hours: starting at 10 hours per week (part time)

• Location: 100% remote/home based. Some meeting attendance will be required for local team members. Must attend training Zooms.

• Compensation: Commission based, tiered to output

• Mentorship: you will receive direct training and one on one coaching to ensure your sucess
