Senior Quality Technician

The Senior Quality Technician is an advanced technical contributor responsible for ensuring conformance of high_performance plastic components to customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements. This role builds upon the core inspection and testing responsibilities of the Quality Technician with advanced metrology expertise, data analysis, regulatory knowledge, and problem solving leadership. Part inspections will entail use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) hardware and software. -Proficient CMM use and programming skills are desirable for the position.

The Senior Quality Technician independently supports complex inspection activities, customer requirements, and quality investigations for aerospace, aviation, automotive and other critical application products. This position also provides technical mentorship to Quality Technicians while serving as a key interface between Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for this position, which is $24.00 to $34.00per hour. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 5% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $52,400 to $74,200. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
