POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking a customer-focused individual to support circulation and public service operations in a library setting. This role involves assisting patrons, providing general information, and ensuring a positive experience for the public.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the public with circulation services and general inquiries
• Provide courteous, professional customer service in a public-facing environment
• Support daily operations at service desks
• Perform routine circulation and clerical tasks as assigned
• Maintain an organized and welcoming service area

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with the public
• Dependable and adaptable to changing schedules
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
• Schedule may vary, daytime, evenings, some weekend hours required
