Position Overview

The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will manage our online presence, create engaging content, support community outreach, and help promote our services to patients, referral sources, and the local community. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate about healthcare communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Create engaging posts, videos, graphics, and stories that highlight patient success, clinic updates, and educational content

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics

Assist with website updates, blog posts, and SEO‑friendly content

Plan and execute community outreach initiatives, events, and partnerships

Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads

Collaborate with clinical staff to gather content ideas and patient testimonials (with proper consent)

Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements

Ensure all marketing activities follow HIPAA and healthcare communication guidelines

Physician & Community Outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with local physicians, clinics, and referral partners
  • Visit physician offices to deliver marketing materials and share service updates
  • Track referral patterns and identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate community events, health fairs, and educational workshops
  • Represent the clinic professionally during outreach visits
  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and patient referrals
  • Gather patient testimonials and success stories (with proper consent)

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, social media management, communications, or related field
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and engagement strategies
  • Ability to create simple graphics and videos (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital advertising is helpful
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to collaborate with a small team
  • Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with physicians and community partners
