Available shifts:

• Day Hab Full-time: Mon-Fri, 7:30AM - 3:30PM
• Residential Full-time and Part-time: Typical shifts are 7AM – 3PM or 3PM – 11PM

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities (I/DD). In this entry-level role, you will support individuals with daily activities, personal care, health and safety, and overall well-being.

DSPs help individuals build independence, reach personal goals, and stay engaged in their communities through social, recreational, and skill-building activities. This includes providing transportation as needed throughout the day.

We require:

• Qualified, Valid NYS Driver’s License maintained throughout employment
• Passion to help others
• HS Diploma preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Great personality!
