Schedule
- Clinic hours: Monday – Friday
- Work hours:
- 4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering and supervising ABA services:
- Develop and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs through performance feedback and training
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition programming
- Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members for consistent client success
- Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA practices aligned with BACB standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- At least 6 months of ABA experience (preferred supervisory experience)
- Knowledge of ABA principles, reinforcement strategies, and data collection methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ABA data platforms
- Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid and insurance documentation requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) but not necessary
