Schedule

  • Clinic hours: Monday – Friday
  • Work hours:
  • 4 days → 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 1 day → 11:30 AM – 7:15 PM

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you’ll take a leadership role in delivering and supervising ABA services:

  • Develop and oversee treatment plans, assessments, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs through performance feedback and training
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition programming
  • Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members for consistent client success
  • Ensure ethical, evidence-based ABA practices aligned with BACB standards

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of ABA experience (preferred supervisory experience)
  • Knowledge of ABA principles, reinforcement strategies, and data collection methods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with ABA data platforms
  • Knowledge of Michigan Medicaid and insurance documentation requirements
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) but not necessary
