DELIVERY DRIVER / SERVICE

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for delivering propane

and installing it at customer locations in an efficient, punctual, and safe manner. The position requires a CDL license with hazmat endorsements and physical demands that include lifting. Responsibilities Installs, repairs, and maintains propane equipment for retail customers Responsible for providing emergency response, system installation, and testing Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads propane to and from specified destinations. Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance Prepares and maintains records in accordance with regulations and company procedures. Operates truck in accordance with established safety procedures During daily interaction with customers, provides exceptional customer service by supplying service/safety information and answering inquiries Requires on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response Can assist in driving a bobtail when demand warrants it Performs other duties as assigned May work on propane appliances when needed Ability to work outside in varying weather/driving conditions Ability to lift heavy objects Complete field repairs of tank valves and seals; find and repair leaks at customer sites Installs and services customer and company equipment Performs all daily functions in a safe manner Maintains excellent customer relations by providing courteous, professional, and timely service Drives a service truck with a crane and boom attached to deliver, install, and remove tanks of various sizes at customer locations Position requires you to take the on-call phone as scheduled. Requirements Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL), HazMat endorsement, and Tanker endorsement are encouraged.
