Maintenance Technician II

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to support the upkeep and repair of building systems, equipment, and facilities. This role is hands-on and requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly by fixing issues, performing maintenance, and supporting facility needs.
What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment (such as air compressors and hoists)
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery, tools, and building systems
  • Assist with basic facility upkeep (cleaning, trash removal, organizing work areas)
  • Support outside contractors working on-site
  • Help with general tasks like snow removal and lawn care when needed
  • Maintain and document maintenance records
  • Machine or fabricate parts for equipment when necessary
  • Cut, weld, and work with steel and piping
  • Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
  • Assist team members with projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience
  • Experience with welding (MIG, TIG, or stick preferred)
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues independently
  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and safety practices
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with a team
