Job Description

Total Offroad & More is a growing nationwide automotive customization company seeking an experienced Window Film Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to increase income potential and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Experience with Paint Protection Film (PPF) and vinyl installation is highly preferred and provides additional earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive window tint professionally and efficiently
• Freehand cutting when necessary
• Operate plotter and cutting software systems
• Maintain high-quality installation standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive window tint installation (required)
• Experience using plotter and tint software systems
• Ability to freehand cut film when needed
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and professional attitude
